I write as Chair of Rea Valley Foodbank

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the incredibly generous donation of food which the children brought to church at harvest. I found the volume donated very moving. As each child streamed in with their gift of a can or a packet or more I was humbled.

Please convey the grateful thanks of the foodbank to your parents and do stress to the younger children that I’m not going to eat it all myself!
