The new Rea Valley Foodbank is working in partnership with Shrewsbury Food Bank PLUS (part of Barnabas Community Projects in Shrewsbury) and is now open for food bank clients to collect their food parcels locally at:

• St George’s CE Church, Pontesbury (open Thursdays 10am-12noon); and
• Holy Trinity Church, Minsterley (open Tuesdays 10am-12noon)

Please note, the food banks are only able to give food parcels when a client is referred and provision is at the discretion of the food bank.

If you are in need of support and have not been referred to them by an agency or GP, you can contact them for advice on how you may be able to get a referral.  Please find more information on their website:
