Some of you might of heard about a course that school runs called, ‘Understanding your Child, The Solihull Approach’. I know that a number of parents have asked when it will be running again? The simple answer is, ‘We don’t know!’ What we do know is that it is a brilliant course and we can’t recommend it enough.It gives such a brilliant insight into the way our children are ‘wired’ and the best way to support them and helps to rationalise the way that we all behave, as children and grownups!

We are able to offer all of our parents a free, online version of this course. It will mean that the discussion, which is so important in the group sessions, won’t be there but the content is still wonderful.

If you would like to do the course please follow this link;

Look for ‘course 3’ and in the ‘Enter Access Code’ box, type in Darwin18

Good luck to anyone who has a go. If you do and would like to have a discussion group, I am more than happy to set one up. Please email me giles.v@pontesbury.shropshire.sch.uk.
