Dear Parents/Carers,
Re: Year 6 residential visit to Arthog – 9 – 13 September 2019
As per my original letter, I am now able to confirm the final cost of this September’s year 6 residential visit to Arthog. I originally gave a provisional estimate of £280 for the visit so parents could start spreading the cost by instalments over the year, but Arthog have now confirmed that the total cost will be £286.
Parents who have not yet paid anything towards this visit: your original school money payment has been updated with the total amount. The full deposit of £80 is due by Friday 12th April to secure your child a place at this excellent residential experience. The full balance is due by Monday 15th July 2019.
Parents who have been paying the recommended instalments: we have had to create a separate payment for the additional £6. Please ensure you have paid enough instalments to cover the £80 deposit which is due by Friday 12th April. The full balance is due by Monday 15th July 2019.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or via School Money.
We will have a meeting for parents/carers on Monday 8th July 2019 at 3.30pm to give final details, kit lists etc.
