Should you need to report your child’s absence from school please contact us by 9am by either:

• email (our new address) absence@ppce.co.uk
• or of course telephone the school and select option 1.

Please always include a reason for their absence, what is wrong with them (not just ill), or if they are attending an appointment etc.
We are required to record a reason and who has reported the absence in the official register.

Hopefully you won’t be reporting too many upset tummies but you may wish to remember my favourite mnemonic (if you are emailing)
